Club Zenit General Conditions
Zenit Hotel offers a series of advantages from which members of Club Zenit can benefit, in accordance with the following General Conditions:
The benefits of Club Zenit are applicable exclusively for the account holder to reservations made directly with Zenit Hotels. (Zenit Reservations Call Centre: +34 912 182 028, www.zenithoteles.com, or at any hotel belonging to the chain). These advantages cannot be combined with any other type of special discount offered by entities other than Zenit Hotels.
Your member account for Club Zenit is personal and non-transferable.
Account holder identification is carried out through Club Zenit enrollment database.
Registration with Club Zenit is completely free and it does not involve any cost for the user.
Your Club Zenit account does not currently have a specific expiration period. If a member decides to cancel membership with Club Zenit or if Zenit Club suspends an individual's membership, Zenit Hotels agrees to eliminate and not use the club member's personal data as provided thereto when registering for the Club – the aforementioned being governed in strict compliance with current data protection laws. Club Zenit and its advantages may be cancelled without notice or liability by Zenit Hoteles if, at any moment, they produce circumstances of force majeure, law enforcement or other measures that would impede their development.
Club Zenit advantages and benefits cannot be combined in any way with other offers and/or commercial promotions outside Club Zenit, and in no case shall they apply to reservations that have not been made directly in Zenit Hoteles.
Club Zenit benefits apply only to the current rates of each hotel in the chain, unless expressly indicated in a time-specific offer.
Modifications: Participating hotels, as well as benefits included in Club Zenit, are subject to modification without prior notice, nevertheless members will be informed of these changes as soon as possible. Zenit Hoteles denies any responsibility of potential alterations up to the moment of communication to the member.
By registering at CLUB ZENIT, in accordance with the new European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) EU Regulation 2016/679, in force as of May 25, 2018, I accept the terms of the Privacy Policy from Cadena Hotelera Zenit, s.a.
Use and enrollment in Club Zenit implies acceptance of the conditions of the same.
Discounts applicable to room reservations will never be applied until the client has confirmed registration with Club Zenit.
Superior Room will be subject to hotel availability. The allocation of a superior room will be carried out during arrival check-in. It cannot be reserved in advance.
Club Zenit benefits for registered customers. Benefits and permanence in Club Zenit Gold exclusively for 2 or more stays/year, made directly through Zenit Hotels for users registered in Club Zenit. Maintaining the Club Zenit Gold level: To maintain this level, at least 3 stays must be made per year. If this requirement is not met, the customer will be assigned Club Zenit Silver. Current conditions subject to change by Zenit Hotels.
